Inflatable rubber fender (ball-based) is a compressed air marine anti-collision product. Composition of inflatable rubber fenders
It is composed of inner and outer rubber, nylon cord reinforcement layer and end flange
1. Outer glue
The rubber layer that covers the outside of the ball is used to protect the ball's frame material and rubber inner layer from external damage or abrasion. Main features: high strength, wear resistance and tear resistance.
2. Nylon cord reinforcement layer
The reinforcement layer is wound by layers of nylon thread and maintained by the air pressure inside the ball. It has the advantages of no deformation, high resilience and high strength.
3. Inner glue
The rubber layer on the inner wall of the ball is used to prevent gas leakage and maintain the air pressure of the ball.
4. End flange
The metal parts at both ends of the ball can be installed with inflation valve and safety valve
